Kit and Joe said in the scene where they're sitting on the counter eating toast they were told to just say whatever because it would have music played over it anyway so they just apparently said they filthiest things they could think of to make each other laugh. 😂

Tori's book Solitaire is about at this time in the timeline. So I think Alice is nodding to Solitaire with some focus on Tori and how she is feeling at this point in the Heartstopper timeline.

Out of all the things that could make me emotional this season, seeing two gender nonconforming characters talk about their gender identity really got to me. Literally had to pause it the first time I saw it. 😅 it’s nice to see that & there isn’t a lot of it in media unfortunately.

Oliver, the little boy who appears at Christmas, is part of the Spring family in the comics! He's the little brother who was unfortunately eliminated in the series adaptation, but at least we got to see the Spring siblings together for once!

I understand why Alice wrote him out (there would be issues of the actor aging too fast to make sense with the shows timeline) but it was so nice to see have him incorporated as a cousin and to get to see thrme m all playing MarioKart like in This Winter.

I'm really hoping they'll give Tori a spin off series based on the Solitaire book - I really related a lot to Tori while reading it. Also I feel like they didn't give much of a background to what was going on with her and her relationship with Michael in this season, so I'd like to see the Solitaire shenanigans be adapted into a show as well

To be fair Alice has said we'd spend more time with Tori and Michael and develop them more if we get a season 4. It just wasn't possible to do that in season 3 without taking out something else

I get that. It's just everything we're seeing this season seems to already be during and post Solitaire, and I'd like them to shine a light on those events too - hence why I suggested a spin-off, kinda like they did Queen Charlotte for Bridgerton. But I understand if that does not happen, I just personally think it's a bit of a shame

honestly i think part of it is also just a movie adaptation of solitaire is a possibility that could exist in the future so they just didnt wanna cover/get into too much stuff that would be in a potential movie! i know alice talked about that with radio silence which is why aled isnt in the tv show at all but i would imagine it'd be a similar case with solitaire
