Monthly Theme: Fallen Kingdoms and Ruins (Patreon)

Hi all!

Well the poll has spoken and this month we shall be exploring Fallen Kingdoms and Ruins! I already have a few ideas for maps for this month that fit this theme but I want to hear your ideas too! So drop a comment on this post or on our Discord server. 

A Fallen Kingdom

As I so often do, I got a little carried away once it looked like this theme was going to win and I put forward the idea on our Discord of doing a little collaborative world building with you guys.

A few of us put our heads together and have started gathering ideas for a kingdom that long ago fell to dark forces and is in desperate need of a group of heroes to save the innocents that remain.

Here is a WIP of the current region with a few notes scribbled on it that are by no means set in stone.

I really want to encourage as many people as possible to get involved in this project as I think it will be a lot of fun. Who knows it might even turn into a long term project where we build an entire campaign setting together!

As I mentioned before I have a few other map ideas for this month:

The Ruined Tower

Based on a request for an Amon Sul/Weathertop style map I give you a WIP of the Ruined Tower. Just make sure not to cook 'Nice crispy bacon' up there!

Raided Village

Every campaign could use a nice ransacked village for your players to happen across, variants for this one will include a ritual sacrifice version (because why not) among many others.

Your suggestions for maps are positively encouraged! If you don't ask you don't get and the more vocal among you will hog all the map ideas :D.
