Greetings all!

Today I have something rather special for all you wonderful Patrons. Not only do we have a brand new battlemap, we have two brand new battlemaps. As if that wasn’t enough they are both phased battlemaps...

...and if that still isn’t enough we also have some awesome writing to go with them!

May I present to you, The Shadowfey Portals!

This project has been part of a collaboration that has been going on behind the scenes for the last few weeks with the amazingly talented Domille, of Domille’s Wonderous Works, and the awesome writers at dScryb. Links to both their pages below.

I have been very lucky to work alongside such excellent individuals and I hope that you enjoy the fruits of our labour!

The Maps

Both Domille and myself each drew a portal battlemap, Fey and Shadow respectively, they swapped equally poorly organised Photoshop files and set to work invading each other's planes! :D

Collaboration Map Maker: Domille’s Wondrous Works

Domille from Domille's Wondrous Works creates phased and animated battle maps on patreon.com/dww. Phased battle maps are maps for tabletop RPGs that evolve with the fight.

The dungeon master can choose to progress the encounter to the next/previous phase at the top or bottom of the round, or at any time if the party is out of combat.

While we always encourage DMs to have a primary encounter going on in the foreground, with the phases changing in the background, our battle maps are also challenging enough to hold their own as the main event. Phased battle maps provide enough terrain, threats, and challenges to keep the most experienced player on their toes.
