Plot Hook Suggestions:
Ghost Ship Resurgence: A legendary ghost ship, thought to be nothing more than a sailor's tale, appears in Blackrock Harbour. The restless spirits aboard seek redemption, and the party must uncover the ship's tragic history to put the souls to rest. However, other factions may see the ghost ship as a source of dark power.
Siege of Shadows: As shadows engulf Blackrock Harbour, the party faces a desperate last stand against a malevolent army besieging the port. Their mission: hold the line, repel the dark forces, and buy precious time for the ships to escape to safety.
Merfolk Diplomacy: The underwater city of merfolk, angered by the pollution and disturbances caused by the harbor's activities, sends an envoy seeking peaceful negotiations. The party is tasked with mediating between the surface dwellers and the merfolk, navigating political intrigue and potential sabotage.
