SIX YEARS! That's how long we had to wait. Even worse was there really wasn't much hope on the horizon either. The show was cancelled on Cartoon Network when Disney acquired Star Wars. The sixth season, known as "The Lost Missions", was even aired on Netflix of all places. But then due to Dave Filoni and others' endless struggle to properly finish the show AND the website "savetheclonewars" and then the hastag #CloneWarsSaved we finally got the true ending we always wanted. Not only that but a spinoff for the Bad Batch. But man what an awfully long 6 years it was for Clone Wars fans.
