Wet T-Shirt Winner- July Sketch of the Month (Patreon)

Decided to (again) spring for color on this Sketch of the Month.  Can't do it every time, but it is fun!  The highlights really help things look like they've been splashed with water, hard to get that effect in pencil art alone.
