We know it's very important to invest in yourself. So investing in your appearance, knowledge, and self-care will help you succeed in this game. Above I have a few suggestions. I think it is very important to do what works for you and do what is best for you whether that is a weight change, body contour or just all-around fitness. I am not judging but investing everything in yourself you will never lose. It is literally a win-win situation.

had a black woman dermatologist since 2020. last month i was finally corona symptom free and got acne due to not being able to go in person to their office to buy products they refused to mail it to me. so i've got the pills, their products according to her perscription and i'm working on going back to how i was before covid acne free. i have about 4-5 shapewear and i want a lot more in different styles. a lady who saw me before i wore shapewear asked me if i lost weight and i just said no in my head i said it's the shapewear girl. i haven't left the house in 3 months cause covid. when i go back to my dentist and get a cleaning i want to try whitening for hte first time! never did it just bought brightner toothpaste with no results really. i was a nail design art girl even before i found finessing! i'm in the pateron here and i also listen to 6 different youtubers on finesse and feminine learnings. i'm disabled, the main physical issues are spinal lipomas slipped right disc rheumatoid arthritis and fibromyalgia. i'm not able to work out like able bodied people. but i am in physical and occupational therapy and i do the at home prescribed movements/weight movements/stretches/and the prescribed walking times-length 6 days of the week.
