I never laughed so hard in my life as that last scene with Garrett. All that buildup with him getting the full Deathlok treatment and hinting at a whole 'nother season of dealing with him and then ZAP! That was my favorite scene in this episode

Congrats you past the weakest season of shield. It sucks that so many people haven’t gotten past the first few episodes So much to look forward to in the next few seasons. This season lays the foundation for so much. From now on think of the seasons as arcs. One arc builds up to the next arc and so forth.

The Fitzsimmons scene always gets me. It was so emotional without being over the top and I really appreciated that. You can tell Bill Paxton was just having a lot of fun, the man was so incredibly charismatic. Also Ruth Negga is great her portrayal of Raina is definitely a highlight of the season for me. It's amazing to watch how this show grows from pleasantly enjoyable to honestly one of the best shows on television. Excited for Season 2!

I agree! They had some of my favorite moments this episode :) Gahh Paxton was such a trip this season. Loads of fun to watch. And Ruth Negga was a wonderful surprise as well! She's such a terrific actress. Quite enjoyed this season, but all I hear is it gets better from here, so suffice to say - next Thursday can't come quickly enough!!!

6 is probably a tad weaker tbh. Season 1 just gets a bad rep because of that first batch of episodes. The backhalf elevates this season.

The final Fitzsimmons scene is for me one of the most romantic scenes in anything ever, in spite, or maybe because, of the horrific circumstances.
