What Are Our GO TO CHRISTMAS MOVIES Each Year?!

Comments

Michele

The Homecoming - a Walton's Family Christmas movie. It was done before the series started and it's a tradition for me to watch every Christmas eve. Another one is Emmet Otters Jug Band Christmas - one I've enjoyed as a kid and just keep watching.

Patrick Stewart's A Christmas Carol (or any of the really good versions), It's a Wonderful Life and A Christmas Story

Every Christmas Eve, after everyone is sleeping, I watch “A Very Supernatural Christmas,” and I cry seeing Sam and Dean with their eggnog through the motel window. That said, “Elf”!!!

The animated Frosty the Snowman and Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer. Plus It’s Always Sunny Christmas Special and Big Bang Theory Christmas episode ♥️🤓 And...technically not a movie, but Vincent Price reading A Christmas Carol

Looks like I'm gonna have at least 2 holiday films to catch up with this year! 😅 I have a friend who loooves Emmet Otter's Jug Band Christmas haha, so I have a feeling that's in my near future.

Not bad! Kicking myself forgetting to name-check A Christmas Story & A Christmas Carol 😖I grew up having seen the Geroge C. Scott version the most, so that's the one I always think of, but enjoy P-Stew one as well. Excited to throw some'a these on!

Awww, that's a nice Christmas tradition!! I'm getting sentimental just thinking about that final beat of the episode. Good episode 💙.....and I can't believe I forgot to name-check Elf!!! Modern holiday classic! lol

Awww yeah! Nice to see some animation love - my folks have a whole box set of all those classic claymation specials. I don't think I've seen either Sunny or Big Bang Theory's.. Sunny, especially, seems like it'd be pretty crazy 😅And as for the reading - I say go ahead 'n count it! I actually have one read by Patrick Stewart. And David Sedaris's "Holidays on Ice" is a go-to holiday listen each year.

Ohhh I’ll check those 2 out! You’d definitely dig the Sunny episode, there’s claymation in that too lol
