Hunter x hunter dosent have "seasons" thats just the way Netflix split it up. Crunchyroll has all the episodes but the numbering is different.

If you go with Crunchyroll the next episode is 59.

This show didn't actually have "seasons", as others have already mentioned. It basically just aired weekly for 148 weeks straight. The seasons netflix uses correspond to the different story arcs, but it's way more continuous than typical seasons would be.

oh damn , I am super surprised you guys liked the end of this arc . SInce both of you were expecting some huge final fight /clash while the ep itself was more of thematic closure for some characters and in general there was no action , just character driven storytelling . I feel there were some people that did not like the end of this arc because they expected some huge big fight, but again hxh was never mainly about fights and big fancy setpieces. Its there and when it happens its great , but its not the focus . which is kinda counterintuitive for the genre and demographic hxh is in. Then again its all about subverting tropes and deconstructing archetypes and cliches of the genre . I personally really liked the whole season/arc it just has that cool noir/heist type of atmosphere and the nen powers are finally on display and the violence also went up a notch lol. It also feels really well structured and paced for the most part . I would say its my second favorite arc of the entire show . Glad you guys enjoyed it and had quite a bit to talk about .
