Glad I caught up with your reactions in time for the final few eps, there are some very awesome and some very funny episodes coming up! and by the end it'll all make sense, including the Zuko arc.

The creative team had so much fun with this episode. I absolutely love the way they are able to balance the seriousness of Zuko's situation, with the goofiness of Aang's mental instability. There are actually a lot of references in this episode to other forms of animation that make it super fun on a meta easter egg level. Azula and Ozai still messing with Zuko after all this time is so awful. Nickelodeon, as a company, actually didn't fully realize how special and important this show was for them. It's also why Korra has such mixed responses, because there were a lot of behind the scenes issues. As well as losing the head writing team from this show.
