Yay! Finale season 2! Season 3 hype! The music for legend of Korra is so good.

OK so yes there was some rushed stuff in the finale yeah of course. They thought this was the final season once again, so they had to end the show. I still disagree about Korra. Come on Olivia! She's had good character beats. Yes she didn't struggle a lot. Yes it was easy. Thats what you get when Nickelodeon rushes production. But I'm gonna talk about some character moments that were really strong, albeit subtle. So when Unalaq was defeated, he got beaten by his own move that he taught her, Spiritbending. I think that's some great irony. Korra losing what literally makes her the Avatar brought up some trauma from season 1. Both Amon and Unalaq in one way or another, took away what made her the Avatar. Which we know Korra values a lot. I think it's smart to keep the theme up. Greg, yes you were right absolutely. The writers didn't want her to rely on her past lives, always asking them for guidance, so she lost them forever. Korras spirit moment in the tree was meant to be only her. Showing how powerful her spirit was. She was a giant, only by connecting with the cosmic energy, with a boost from the tree. No Raava. Just her. And Jinora was explained, just not enough. She had a connection with the statue, showing she is very spiritually inclined. Yes it's rushed, but basically she is just very adept with spirits, so she was able to speed up the timeline, and reawaken Raava from within Vaatu. The writers were pretty smart, at the end they left a little opening with the spirits being reunited with man, in case they got more seasons. I love Korras decision as well with the spirit portals. She made that decision on her own, without anyone else. Now as we go into season 3, please give the second half of the show a chance. Treat it as a new beginning. Nickelodeon gave the writers both seasons 3 and 4 together. So yeah. They get to do what they do best! The story will be more cohesive and coherent. The worst of Korra is behind you. The best is ahead. I know it doesn't work this way, but try to go in with a clear mind. I would pay money to show you that it gets so much better 😉

so I'm new here just watched all of the Korra reactions and now i ask when is season 3 coming cuz im ready. personally i like Korra over ATLA because of her repercussion from ever choice she makes which shows us the consequences of her actions and her villains are all better then aangs build up to the one note fire lord ozai who is cool to look at but that's about all his worth. book 3 of korra is the best book in the whole avatar verse enjoy, also I can respect your opinion and criticisms of the show. i find that when you respect someone's opinion instead of down playing it they tend to enjoy the show more when they don't feel like their attacked for having an opinion
