Twin Peaks is one of the biggest miss in my TV watching, I never gotten around to watch it, but seeing this great episode again and watching your reaction with it, maybe it's a sign to finally pick this up!....maybe in two months cause there are alot of things coming out right now, but it's on the top of my list now! This is the biggest meta episode Psych has done, like bringing alot of the og Twin Peaks, in a show that acknowledged the existince of the show before, and making it work so well it's very impressive! Speaking of cast, next week we'll have another nice surprise casting. 🍍It was in Sheriff Jackson's house when Lassie & Jules visited there was a bowl of fruits by a mosse head in the livingroom. We can pick it up back again! There are a bunch next week, in a obvious place. Trivia: The way this ep. came to be is that its James Roday favorite show, Franks offered him to write the script, and James is actually good friend with Dana Ashbrook, who was the conduit for bringing all this cast members on board.

I'm so glad we made it to this episode, it always a highlight to me. It really does set the bar high for tribute episodes. I wasn't very familiar with TP when this first aired but I still enjoyed it as a Psych episode on its own, which I think speaks to what you were saying about how this episode doesn't get too lost in the TP of it all. So much care and love went into this one and it really is just a wonderful episode of television all around. I'm so glad you enjoyed it!
