When Asuka wakes up after being knocked out by Reina, she finds herself in the middle of the arena. Still with her vision blurred, she rolls over her stomach and sees a big silhouette in front of her, that she takes some time to identify as a throne, and Reina sitting on it.

-Reina: It's good to have you back, Kazama.

Reina says with her legs crossed, as Asuka remain on the floor in front of her, doing her best to focus her vision.

-Asuka: Ugh...
-Reina: Time to choose, Kazama: Submit or die.

After hearing that, adrenaline and fear take over Asuka, putting her in a fully awake state again.
She knows she is no match at all for Reina, and after seeing how easily she got beaten by her, She knows for a fact that Reina could end her life at any moment she wants. So Asuka chooses the only option she has, and slowly gets on he knees before Reina.

-Reina: It's good to see that you know where you belong, Kazama. On your knees before your superiors. This is how weak people like you must behave.

Reina says with an satisfied smile on her face as she looks down at Asuka kneeling in front of her, not even daring to look up at her.

-Reina: Now, Crawl to me.

Asuka says before she slowly crawls towards Reina, stopping right at her feet.

-Reina: Now, we both know what you must do next, right Kazama?
-Asuka: Y-yes...
-Reina: Then put your little tongue to work. My boots are not going get clean by themselves.

Without any choices, Asuka puts her tongue out and licks the tip of Reina's boot, sending shivers down Reina's spine as she smiles, being completely taken by the feeling of power and dominance.

-Reina: That's right, Kazama. Now keep licking until every single spot is shining. And there's no need to rush, I have all time in the world, specially for this.
