After several moments being squeezed between Catwoman's thighs in her powerful headscissors, Batgirl starts feeling lightheaded as her strength starts fading away. She feels the feeling that she will inevitably pass out, not matter how hard she tries staying awake. But once Catwoman notices that, she releases batgirl from the hold.

-Catwoman: Aww, it seems the poor little bat was about to pass out...

Catwoman says as she stands tall, looking down at batgirl still on the floor at her feet, exhausted and panting heavily. When Batgirl starts moving, in an attempt of getting up, Catwoman presses her knee against her throat, pinning her underneath it and choking her while inflicting a great pain to her.

-Catwoman: Now, I could let you go, bat. I really could, I'm sure you've already learned your lesson at this point. But I won't.

Catwomas says looking down at Batgirl, helplessly pinned underneath her knee, as she let out choking sounds.

-Catwoman: You see, I'm having a lot of fun here. I love seeing you squirming so helpless underneath me, at my mercy. Specially after how tough and strong you looked when you were choking me against the wall early. I'm sure you remember that, don't you?

Batgirl can't say a word due to the pressure of Catwoman's knee pressing down her throat, as she tried to push her up with all strength she has left.

-Catwoman: So no, little bat, I'm not letting you go just yes. I plan on keeping you exactly where you belong for a little while.

Catwoman says still looking down at Batgirl very sadistically, enjoying how she struggles and squirms against her weight being pressed down against her throat.
