After several minutes sitting on Sheva's neck and choking her with the sitting headscissor, Jill notices she is too exhausted, and extremely weak by now. She then releases her from the hold, allowing her to lay on the ground and breathe deeply for some seconds, while Jill shifts positions and straddles her chest in reverse, with her butt hovering above Sheva's face.

-Sheva: No....
-Jill: No? You don't have a say in this, Sheva. I WILL sit on your face, and I WILL suffocate you underneath my butt. And I will enjoy it every second of it.

Jill then lowers herself on Sheva's face, not really worrying about being gentle about it. She lets her whole weight down on face, smothering her it completely underneath her Butt.
Sheva tries to weakly struggle, but there is nothing she can do due to her current exhausted state. And now, different from the previous holds, she notices Jill is not giving her a brake to breathe and recover, at least a little bit. She remains heavily sit on her face, smothering her completely, as Sheva starts panicking.

-Sheva: HHMPFF!!
-Jill: That's right, no brakes for you now. I'm gonna sit here while you slowly pass out underneath me, totally helpless.

Sheva starts feeling her body more and more weak as the second passes and, eventually, she passes out while Jill looks down at her with a satisfied smile.
After Sheva passes out, Jill remains on her face for a few moments, making sure she is passed good, and enjoying the sensation of literally having her life at her mercy, able to end it by just remaining sitting at her face. Now, Jill is ready to move on for the next part of her Payback.
