The moment Powergirl notices Supergirl is getting weaker doe to the headscissors and ass smother, she frees her from the hold, pushing her away as she falls on the floor on her back, her whole body limp from the exhaustion and smothering.

-Powergirl: Well, looks like you're not doing so good. What a surprise.

Powergirl says sarcastically as she sits on supergirl's stomach heavily, making her grunt because of the impact.

-Supergirl: Ngh!
-Powergirl: Don't even waste your time struggling, Girl. You are a shame to me because of how pathetically weak you are, but there's nothing you can do to change is there?

Then, without any warning, Powergirl plants both her feet on Supergirl's face firmly, while keeping her pinned down underneath her. Supergirl helplessly grabs her ankles and try to free her face from under Powergirl's soles, but to no avail.

-Supergirl: NGH!
-Powergirl: Well, I guess you actually want to waste your time and energy by struggling, huh? even though you know it's useless. Well, suit yourself, I will allow it if it will make you feel a bit better.
