Powergirl says after she removes her soles from Supergirl's face. She then rolls her so she is now laying on her stomach, and Powergirl straddles her back in reverse.

-Powergirl: You realize I'm just toying with you, right? making you realize how embarrassingly weak you are.

Supergirl doesn't answer. What could she say? Denying would be useless since Powergirl is, Indeed, just doing whatever she wants with her.
