Asuka knew that Nina was only playing with her until now, but not anymore. This time, with that rear naked choke, it's pretty clear that she wants to knock her out.
Despair takes over Asuka again, so on a quick adrenaline rush, she throws herself backwards, making Nina loose her balance as both of them fall on the ground. But unfortunately for Asuka, it would take a lot more than that for her to get rid of Nina.
That fall manages to surprise Nina, forcing her to release Asuka from the previous hold, but the assassin is quick. When Asuka starts getting up, Nina wraps her legs around her neck and pulls her back to the ground. Before Asuka could do anything, Nina adjusts her legs to trap Asuka's neck as tight as possible, in a figure 4 headscissor hold. Asuka feel Nina's legs squeezing around her neck like an Anaconda, making her moan in pain.

-Nina: That was a nice try, I'il give you that. But you're not gonna escape from this one. In fact, I'm done playing with you.
-Asuka: w-wai...

And before she could say anything else, Nina puts her hand over Asuka's mouth and nose. She tries to breathe, But nina's leather glove blocks the air completely. Asuka struggles for a few seconds, but with the great pressure on her neck and the complete lack of oxygen, she passes out in less than 20 seconds.
