Once the fight starts, Laura keeps her distance since she knows Chun Li is a very skilled kicker. She could trade blows with her, sure, But if she manages to take Chun Li down to the ground, she would be completely on domain. She just needs to wait for the perfect opportunity.
After some moments staring at each other, Chun Li tries to land a roundhouse kick to Laura's head, which she manages to dodge, but barely. 

-Laura: Nice one, china girl. Almost got me with that one.
-Chun Li: I'il make sure to change that with the next one.
-Laura: I can't wait for that.

After that, Chun Li tries to hit Laura with an kick to her leg, followed by a quick one to Laura's body, but she manages to dodge the first one and block the second one. While Chun Li is recovering, Laura quickly steps forward and grabs Chun Li's head in a clinch, stricking her stomach with her knee twice before Chun Li manages to break the hold and step back.
Laura's strikes were powerful, and she can see those caused Chun Li some damage judging by her heavy breathing and curved posture.

-Laura: Consider yourself Lucky, China. Not everybody manages to escape me once I grab them.
-Chun Li: ...

Chun Li doesn't say a word, she just stares at Laura with an angry look on her face. That shows Laura she managed to hurt both Chun Li's body and mind, putting an smile on her face.

-Laura: What's wrong? Can't take two little hits?

Laura says standing with her hands on her hips, while Chun Li still bends over herself trying to stay on fight stance.

-Chun Li: You...
-Laura: Don't worry, you're going down for sure next time.

Letting her nerves get the best on her, Chun Li once again tries to hit Laura, this time with another kick to the body. This time though, Laura manages to grab her leg, sweeping the other one and sending Chun Li to the ground, falling right over her.

-Laura: It's over for you, China.

Once they're on the ground, Laura moves so fast Chun Li doesn't even have the time to react. When she Notices, Laura is already laying over her in reverse, Pulling her head up and trapping it between her thick and strong thighs, with her face very close to her ass. Securing Chun Li's head on the reverse headscissors, Laura grabs both of her wrists and pins them on the mat by her sides, leaving her completely helpless.

-Laura: Well well, looks like things are not very good for you now.

Even though Laura isn't really squeezing Chun Li's head with much strength yet, she already feel a great pressure on her head and neck.

Then, Laura starts squeezing Chun Li's head, making her moan in pain as her face turns red very fast.

Unable to move her hands, all Chun Li can do is flail her legs around, hitting her feet on the mat as she is forced to endure the strength of Laura's legs unmercifully squeezing around her neck. Once Laura notices Chun Li's movements are getting weak, she looses the pressure a bit so she doesn't pass out, only to squeeze it again.
