After saying that, Laura drops her full weight on Chun Li, making the choke much harder, and impossible for Chun Li to talk.

Laura says While looking down at Chun Li with an sadistic smirk on her face, enjoying the sight of her opponent helplessly squirming, barely able to breathe because of the tight choke and the pain she can cause on her with so little effort.
