After forcing Asuka to lick her boot for minutes straight, Juri decides she had already played enough with her.
She then uses her foot to roll Asuka on her back. Asuka doesn't even try to get up or move in any way, she just lay there praying that Juri is about to let her go.
Juri then lifts her foot and places it on Asuka's neck, not stepping down on it very hard, but it's enough to make a some pressure on Asuka's throat, even though she is so afraid that she keeps her hands down.

-Juri: Hmm. Would you look at that! You did a really good job cleaning my boots with you tongue, puppy! I told you you were born to do this!
-Asuka: T-thank you.

The fact that Asuka thanked Juri, in an attempt to please her, surprises Juri a lot, increasing the already big feeling of power and dominance.

-Asuka: c-can I go now? Please?
-Juri: Can you go now? Why would I let you just go again? I mean, there isn't anything here that could possibly force me to let you go.

Juri says while increasing the weight over Asuka's neck, slowly starting to choke her and forcing Asuka to finally lift her hands to try and lift Juri's foot from her neck.

Deep inside, Juri was willing to show Asuka some mercy after she was done cleaning her boots. But the vision of her just laying there, completely dominated, helpless, and even submissive ignites her most sadistic side again.

Then, Juri lifts her other foot and steps on Asuka's stomach, concentrating most of her weight on her neck while standing full weight on her.
