I think it the first time I work on a pose like this! And it's proving to be kinda tricky, but I hope it will come out nice hehe

If my memory serves me correctly, Nina Williams has a combo throw that has an exact type of arm and headscissors lock up just like this. She rolls over and takes the opponent to the ground and viciously snaps their shoulder out of its socket and also a potential neck breaking move as well? The weight here would cause the head to do down and the body to follow. All Nina does is just roll over with this lock and the body follows. It must be extremely painful to have your shoulder popped out of your socket. Thankfully I have never had to experience it yet.🤞.
