Im sure your schedule is packed but actually kinda surprised you never watched TripleS Badge Wars on 1theK. The 2nd season with all 24 (1st season was when they had 16) just finished. Probably one the best idol variety shows ever done (they spent mad money on it)

SORRY FOR THE SPAM OF LONG MESSAGES ABOUT THIS DAMN GROUP LOL but here are a few updates! There is also a Girls Never Die dance practice video! It's awesome hearing the footsteps in sync lol. Also there's a 24 Member relay dance haha Their WEEKLY IDOL episode is honestly very good for seeing their personalities and learning names, half of the episode is just meeting each member lmao, A new DANCE sub unit (tripleS Visionary Vision or VV) was just voted on and it's mostly the same group who did the dance break for Girls Never Die and who did the EXO Call Me Baby cover (that one is very good, peformed at the Hanteo Awards and there is also a Dance Practice). tripleS GLOW (the last four members to be introduced) just released a teaser for a single called Inner Dance! It will probably be the same size of a production like tripleS NXT's Just Do It. A Japanese promotion (not sure if it's a unit or the whole group) was announced to be happening soon as well. Not sure if the voting will be for who is in the group if it's a unit or if it's voting on the Main Title Track. Hopefully it's just the whole group, they already have 4 Japanese members so it would be weird if they just didn't put them all in by default anyways. There was a recent uproar with the fans because Modhaus announced they are giving the members free autonamy on where they wanna live (stay in the dorms or go back home) during inactive periods. Some fans believed this would ruin the chemistry of the group etc etc, you can imagine some of the complaints. But it was a decision decided on by both the members and the company. The company released a statement in which a part of it said : "Granting dorm autonomy during non-active periods is a natural decision. We ensure the personal rights of MODHAUS artists. We believe that as individuals with personal lives, they should have freedom of choice during non-active periods. Commuting from home instead of the dorms does not mean they will neglect company duties, break rules, or skip practice sessions. Additionally, allowing members to refresh during non-active periods can provide mental stability." Which I think a lot of fans agree with, and I think it's cool Modhaus gives the members a lot of freedom. Ever since the beginning. Again, sorry for the spam of long messages, but after of being a fan of you for a long time PD I just knew tripleS would be something up your alley lol. Navigating what's going on with so many groups is hard, so if anything, I'll bring the tripleS footnotes just in case you ever wanna know what's going on lmao. Thanks for the hard work!

5:25 is Park SoHyun, the member who is also a producer. 6:30 is Kaede. She is probably the member with the craziest duality from her everyday life to her performance/dance. As far as some members who would do well with boy group choreography, they actually have a dance practice on their channel for EXO - Call Me Baby, one of their Hanteo Music Awards performances.

yeah, the korean backlash to allowing members to live at home was super weird and had an ugly "you guys need to suffer for my enjoyment" kinda vibe to it. It honestly was bizarre. Thankfully, it seems like there was only a single "fan" who protested at their most recent fan sign event by turning his back and not looking at Sohyun right in front of her and it was nice to see MODHAUS immediately kick him out and ban him

and I second the Weekly idol episode. I usually get super bored during Weekly Idol episodes bc their segments don't always hit and there's a lot of lulls but since there were 24 members there, there wasn't a single down moment and the episode just FLEW by

and one other piece of content I'd add is instead of a single behind the scenes video of filming the official MV, MODHAUS did a collection of 12 or so shorter behind the scenes clips of individual scenes from the MV. Well worth it to see how they filmed all the images and scenes and whatnot

They are very funny and can be unfiltered sometimes like for example they had live once where they literally talked about a discussion they had once on whether which of the members could be gay as they said there are 24 of them so there is bound to be at leat one and then later the company themselves quoted it in a video I found that funny.

Sohyun (dark eyes and in vest + tie) is just killer always but her role in this comeback has allowed her to be more powerful and masculine in her performance—in general she has this strong aura and she’s so distinctive and confident which would come with someone with a song production background! She seems so sure of herself in the performances, one of my faves for sure OH MY GOD SHE DOES LIKE BANG YONGGUK THATS WILD

Hello! I have fallen into the exact same hole as you have PD lol I was here for the music and then I got swept into their variety and now I've seen every vlog/signal to learn each one of their names. My biases are Yooyeon (can't not bias a fellow woman in STEM), Kotone (loved her since GP999) and Xinyu (technically the tallest member just before Lynn and Jiwoo). A comparison I think you would get as an Orbit is that the member with "masculine energy," Sohyun, reminds me SO MUCH of Heejin. The stage presence the voice, the goofy personality, even her mannerisms just scream Heejin to me. Do any other orbits get that? idk but I can't wait for you to check out badge war because I think some personalities will be quite shocking lmao. The TripleS content is never ending for this comeback. Don't know if you've ever seen anything from the group Jamgol Bus but they're a group of indie/underground singers and they have a channel where they cover songs (mostly ballads) and will slowly increase the tempo anywhere from 5-10 beats and then will raise the key of the song up anywhere from 5 to 12 keys higher than the original. I really love their channel bc it's entertaining and eye popping what these singers can do but also bc they invite a lot of smaller underground singers and give them shine Occasionally the actual artists they cover will do reaction videos of the covers and ALL of them can't believe what they're seeing/hearing (bibi, maktub, Park Jae Joon, Zico, QWER, and others) but sometimes the actual artists will go on and sing with them (they've had Park Jae Joon, MAKTUB, Kiss of Life, QWER, and others) and Dahyun actually went on as they covered Girls Never Die and went up 4 octaves from the original key! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F5J4uF0WOl4
