At 3:38 I think what makes Jungeun stand out is the fact that after she makes that hand movement, her upper body turns first and her lower body follows right after and it keeps on going slowly with the inertia, which accentuates the cascading effect (there's also a lil wave that she does with her body when she turns that makes everything come together)

I love Timebomb ! Jungeun's dance is a real standout here, proving why she auditioned to Iland-2 aiming for the main dancer position (she's a very competent all rounder). Every girl is so charming though !
