This actually sums up a fairly normal night for me sadly. Struggle to get to sleep, then start to think about everything I messed up which is followed up by me getting stressed that I can't sleep. Thankfully listening to you makes it easier to stop thinking about anything and everything. So thank you very much Miss Wendy, you are very much amazing.

The relaxing bit is a bit hard for me. I'm not used to contact and usually tense up whenever I'm touched. It's a struggle.

Emotionally, I’ve never wanted to have a Domme as much. It’s... I can’t even begin to (well, I can _begin_ to)... to have such a loving, strong pillar... there are so many ways that Miss Wendy’s voice.... her... wow. Her voice just makes me long to kiss up and down her neck while she speaks into (my lol) our ears... and there’s some other stuff about anxieties about masculinity that she just mentioned... she... sigh. Aphrodite must have been reincarnated, at least partly, in Miss Wendy.

Maybe you can normalize touch over days or weeks. -Just a hand on your arm as you go to sleep, unmoving, connected. -Add a leg pressed against yours. -The hand moves to your chest. -Resting your head on a breast. -A soft body pressed against yours. A little more touch every night. A little more connection.

There's definitely a time and place for some worries but when you start stressing about things that happened years ago I would have to agree that they're unnecessary. Thank you very much for caring about my sleep Miss Wendy.
