Allclad stainless steel can go right in the dishwasher! EDIT! Ignore me! The recommendation seems to be don't put it in the dishwasher, so I may have to change my ways. Damn.

Uh oh! I don't want to steer you wrong, and I did just check the allclad site and they said they didn't recommend the dishwasher "because of the harsh chemicals" - I happen to use like plant-based blah blah blah dish detergent. I've had these pans for 25 years (wedding present) and have been washing them in the dishwasher for about the last 5 years. They seem fine to me, but maybe what do I know!

Yes, Ronnie, gotta splurge for the higher end lighting and you’ll be much more satisfied. Neweer is a reliable brand for lighting and has lots of setup options. Also, for the overhead phone mount - shopcanvas.co is a good one! And it has both tabletop and clamp options.

That was so fun! Do you do a review of the things you purchased?? 1. I have Al clad. I’ll never use anything else. Williams Sonoma has sales (where I got mine) 2. I have the hand mixer with a whisk!!! And an immersion blender! Cuisinart! I love it. 3. I have one of the chopper things but it’s flat. I use it when I need to truly dice and love it!!! Dying to hear how you guys liked your stuff!

It goes on the dishwasher! But they like you to clean it first with bartenders friend. Ours is about 6-7 years old and looks brand new. I LOVE it!!
