Been loosing a lot of patreons nowedays. 

Wondered if you could help me telling me what I could do better to give all of you a better service?

Think the loss of patrons is due to those payment changes that have been getting a lot of shit lately.

I can tell you now that it may be partly due to time constraints. We all know you’re a busy lady, especially when it comes to RD. Perhaps taking a bit of time away from the comic could help?

Either way, I'd like to see some more princesses, Celestia and Luna always looks great in your art style so maybe some incestuous sex between them would be something great for you to draw!

The work you create is fine enough as it is. May be a bit different, but maybe some screensaver type of images would be nice. Also, but it is up to you of course, I have seen other artists put up there art for sale on t-shirts and other similer merchandise. Maybe you could look into putting stuff up on For Fans By Fans to get extra money. To be honest, I would love to see your unique art style on products.

Definitely a number of factors that are causing everyone to lose patrons. Best I can think of is just to keep up more regular content, or perhaps offer some more exclusive stuff (like commission slots or something)

I think the proposed Patreon changes may be a contributing factor.

I would not really have much in the way of suggestions since, you are already working hard on so many projects. I personally think that its the new deal patreon is doing that might be driving away some of your business and would suggest playing the wait and see game for when things sort themselves out.
