Melony (Pkmn Shield) and the Ice Queen (AT) both tied this month! And so... it's Melony, the Ice Queen! ..or Gym Leader Ice Queen?

I've been pretty busy this month doing ... holiday things? But this was a fun piece that got me out of an art funk! I also don't use enough blue so this was a good way to get myself to do that. 

But again, thank you all so so much for your support this year! I've been having a ton of fun doing these polls- so please let me know if there's something I could do to make it better for y'all!
