The storyboard and script have been finalized. It took longer than expected since I waffled with a few scenes and the intro. Ultimately, I decided to cut out some of them and keep the intro as simple as possible. One of the main points of this project is to keep it short, so I've kept to that 90 second max.

As I mentioned last week, the storyboard is actually quite high quality. All the poses and lighting are basically at final tier. This is more complete than most of Undercover ASSignment's stoyboard. That is also why it took longer to produce, but it means that animation can start much easier.

That said, the movie is still quite ambitious. There's about 10 unique scenes in the movie. They range from short to medium in length. I want to experiment with those in terms of pacing to see how I can apply that to Undercover ASSignment. I want to try some shorter loops to see how quickly I can produce unique animations without the constraint of making them loop flawlessly since they are part of a larger movie. There are still some medium length animations as well that are more standard for short movies.

Lastly, one more surprise. I thought I didn't have to do any casting until later movies. ZeroDiamonds and Ivan are ready to record for more. In my ambition, a crew-wide movie just couldn't do with Jack... and it was really hard to include Jack without giving her any dialogue. It's a short role, but one of the longest scenes in the movie. With Ivan's help, I've just put out a casting call for Jack.

The separate WIP post will include full storyboard, script, and some of the cut content.
