It's been quite some time since we've had a Collector's Spotlight post. I'm in the process of consolidating and relocating my entire collection from one storage area to another. I decided to take the time to go through everything, photo document it, and repack everything into new uniform plastic storage bins. Some of this stuff I haven't seen in years. In these photos I highlight my vintage metal lunch box collection, metal popcorn containers from the theaters that were available when Rogue One was released, my mint condition complete collection of vintage Star Wars Burger King glasses, and one photo of all the custom figures that I own. I started collecting the Star Wars metal lunch boxes about 20 years ago, and over the past few years have branched out into others (mostly sci-fi and space themed). It takes a long time to find ones for a reasonable price that are in excellent to near mint condition with little to no rust. The photos show the graphics on all sides of the 4 Star Wars boxes, but only the front and back of all the others. Currently, the 1968 dome top Star Trek lunch box is my holy grail to obtain. Hope you all enjoy seeing these!

My first lunch box was that one with Luke in Jabba's Palace. Great memories. Great collection, Cris!

Such a strong feeling of nostalgia looking through that collection, those lunch boxes are like time capsules. Brilliant collection expertly curated by you Chris. Just loved that Return of the Jedi ‘thermos’ lunchbox. Thanks for sharing Chris. Between this and your last collection Spotlight post, you must be getting close to giving Rancho Obiwan a run for it’s money!!!

Kenny Wymore

I have that Empire lunchbox with the yellow logo but yours is in much better shape. Nice collection!

Turtle Wars

Thanks Kenny! I look hard and long to find the lunch boxes in the best shape.
