The RFR Early Bird brings you ad-free STAR WARS conversation first!

The next STAR WARS streaming show, SKELETON CREW, is coming soon and the publicity hype is starting to ramp up. But some fans on the RFR Listener Hotline are concerned due to early footage revealing a very Earth-like environment, including suburban streets, schools and transportation. Tassels on their bicycles? We review recent comments from SKELETON CREW showrunners Jon Watts and Chrisopher Ford to get a grasp on their intended tone for the show and influences. We react to news about yet another change in the upcoming STAR WARS film release schedule and continue our conversation from last week - Did Yoda actually hear the voice of Qui-Gon Jinn after he died? We share audio highlights from recent interviews with Daisy Ridley, Ewan McGregor, and Hayden Christensen addresses “The High Ground”. Plus, we review the new documentary “Music by John Williams” and more.

Interesting to hear what they people are thinking about the show

Petition for new RFR shirts that say “Oh sure you Noooooo”

I love the way back callback that Swank doesn't even remember! I get it though, there's been so much Star Wars content and RFR over the years it's definitely hard to remember everything.

Fun discussion. I loved all of the talk about being a kid and growing up in the 70’s / 80’s. Crazy some of the stuff we were able to do and survive. My boys are the same age as Jimmy’s boys and the Prequels are their movies. They loved them and would always pick them over the OT or sequels.

Jeff Holland

I think "high ground" should be the new "chut chut"!

Peter Beisser

That's how I'll greet you tomorrow night in the chat. "High ground, Jeff!" 🤣

Jeff Holland

Every single one of my chats tomorrow night will end with "...high ground."

Over/under 3 years for Jimmy to complete Outlaws? I’m going over.

Jeff Holland

Definitely over 3 years. I'm playing it right now and there are a TON of side missions. It's taking me forever to do every mission (I'm a complete-ist, too, when it comes to video games.)

Dylan McGee

George definitely looked like he was tearing up when talking about the first performance of SW score. I agree with Jason!
