Over 2 hours! That's a record. Looking forward to this one.

Joe Dallas

Looking forward to this!

2 hour Q&A, wow

Jeremy Grimes

I was there! I can’t wait to listen and go back in time to Celebration 2!

Eric from Phoenix

Make sure to share your memories after you listen. We didn’t get to attend that Celebration.

Eric from Phoenix

Time flies when you’re having fun. Hope you can’t hear my dog growling while we were recording. He wanted me to feed him and even though I was texting my daughter she never came and got him. Ughhh :)

Justin B

Hey Eric, I’m in Chandler. Would love to meet up with you guys at the arcade!

Billy Mac

Oh man, I remember CII like it was yesterday! I’m cracking up remembering my brother telling that woman with the pillow that she should probably leave “now” if she’s not feeling well. “Hey, I’m bootlegging the concert over here, lady!” 😂

Kurt Shimala

My CII story is going to Castleton Square Mall in Indianapolis that week of Celebration. My roommate had a friend in town for the day and they wanted to go to the mall. We get there and I learn Anthony Daniels will be on stage momentarily and have a Q&A and take photos with people. Dang I thought, who brings a camera to the mall? Lo and behold, my friend’s friend has disposable camera on them (plus it was near the end of the roll, so we could get it developed that night.) So with that miracle I got my picture with 3PO himself! Not sure you could post pictures here but here’s the photo: https://imgur.com/a/zczFUmr

Loved the show Eric! Q-Bert turned me into a actual Jedi and triggered me into Star Wars all the time. I had to give up my shower curtain salesman life. I miss the daily grind with Jimmy Mac and John Candy. “It’s true…. all of it”….

Steven Jimenez

Fun episode guys!!! Still waiting to go to my first celebration,, sucks I’ll never get to experience it like that!

Peter Beisser

Didn’t hear the pooch. Great discussion, Eric. Now that I've got Comic Con checked off the bucket list, I'm ready to do my 1st Celebration when it's back in the States. Sounds like so much fun. 🤟

Eric from Phoenix

They are still a ton of fun but definitely different. The best part is the interaction with the other fans. That hasn’t changed :)

Thanks for another enjoyable Q&A. Eric and Jimmy, it was as if you were keeping me company today here in Erie Pennsylvania where I’m staying solo in a hotel room to run the marathon tomorrow. I now want to go on a Tampa or Columbus bus to hear Jimmy’s voice. Eric, I’m also very much a rule follower and the Atari version of Q Bert was frustrating because of the diagonal controls! I still can’t get over how many shared experiences we have had while growing up. So glad we are connected now thanks to this community. After tomorrow’s race I’ll continue to 0 prepare for my own Q&A which I’ll record with Jimmy in a little bit over a week!

Eric from Phoenix

Thanks Ben and I hope you have a great race today. Looking forward to hear your next Q and A!

Lego summer vacation is so atrocious

Todd “Suds” Sedlacek

I remember that Warwick Davis thing on Kevin’s show. He used to play it all the time. Funny stuff! Good episode as always guys!

Michael McManus

Great show guys! Love hearing all of the Celebration stories. C2 was my first con as well so I’m very found of that one!

Eric from Phoenix

Did you have any experiences or things you remember that were different then Jimmy? Make sure to share

Michael McManus

I remember getting to shake hands with Billy Dee Williams. I was in line waiting for something, can’t remember what, and he walked right by the line with his handlers. He saw that I noticed him, walked right up to me and shook my hand! I believe he said hello and I said nice to meet you and then he walked on. I was geeking out! LOL. I also remember they had a replica of Obi-Wan Kenobi’s Jedi Starfighter from Episode II on display that I got a pic of. That was really cool!

Eric from Phoenix

Awesome! Can’t believe you got to meet Billy Dee, so lucky! Thanks for sharing your memories.

Jeff Holland

Good show fellas! Loved hearing JMac’s Celebration 2 memories. Also, I was along time subscriber to SW Insider. I think I started sometime in 95 or 96 and ended my subscription a few years ago.

Eric from Phoenix

Yep, 1993 until 2016 for me. Just wasn’t reading them anymore so big waste of money. Glad you enjoyed the discussion.
