I’ve had a horrible night. One of my cats, Murray, had a tumor removed a few days ago and I guess everything was just too much for him and I lost him tonight. You came out with this at the perfect time. Ever After is one of my favorite movies and I’ve been so excited for Caitlyn to see it. The beginning always makes me cry, but at least I’m already crying. Thank you for making my night a little brighter 💚

This is one of my favorite movies too! And it is my fave version of Cinderella, my fave quote of the movie is "A bird may love a fish but where would they iive?" "Then I shall have to make you wings!"

Gayle (Gigi) Flippen

this has been my favorite movie since forever. I love Drew Barrymore in this. this and Pride and Predjudice with Kiera Knightley. I have watched this more than I can count. I never get tired of it, the walking on water and her floating in the water part, still hilarious... love it

Just wanted to add a little fun fact- Pierre Le Pieu is played by Richard O'Brian, who was actually Riff Raff in the Rocky Horror Picture Show. He does creepy so well and he stepped it up in this. This is also my favorite Cinderella movie as well.

I actually went to the theater and saw this movie when it came out. I love this movie. It is one of the more underrated movies from the 90's. Firestarter, Ever After, The Wedding Singer, Never Been Kissed and Charlie's Angels are probably my top 5 Drew Barrymore movies. Santa Clarita Diet is also great.

Definitely one of my favorite Cinderella movie🥰

Rhonda Stewart

This is HANDS DOWN, the best Cinderella adaptation. It's more realistic and believable than any other variation of the story. There are no talking mice and turning pumpkins into carriages. Just real-life portrayal of a person who was forced into her station back then by a woman who could care less about her. The only magic in this movie is courage and true love.

Okay. Technically, Danielle never had a title. She was too young to be out. Her father was a very successful Merchant and Farmer. Her mother was a Comtesse which would have been Danielle's title, if she had lived long enough for Danielle to be presented at Court.

Angelica Huston already had the title of Baroness, but she was just broke.

Danielle was forced to become a servant, as a child, after her stepmother fired like 95 percent of the household to save the money. So she could continue her spending habits even though they had no more money coming in from the father.
