I think Danielle Merrifeld is also feeling trapped by her past mistakes. I think once she got that DUI with the kids in the car she’s doing everything she can to stay with him. I think he holds it over her when he needs it in fights. I bet fights don’t even happen anymore really because she knows he will bring it up. I imagine that’s the time when God told him they should be plural. They have been together since she was like 19 and her father was their pastor. I think she loved Roberta because she was for some reason less threatened by her, maybe her age, and also, Roberta made a point to make a relationship among the three of them. The new woman (much younger) isn’t doing that. ETA like it seemed almost poly with Roberta - you won’t catch Natalia cuddling in bed with them

I think Ace and Katelyn pointed out something either last season or the season before that Garrick looks like he’s forever about to sneeze. I found a doc on Becky’s dad. It’s Ministry of Evil: the twisted cult of Tony Alamo. It is disturbing. I love watching true crime and documentaries about cults. This is one of the saddest and most disgusting. That said, Becky should not be on this show! She needs therapy if she still believes in polygamy and is giving off such creepy and predatory vibes. She is also a liability for TLC.
