I’d rather deal with a Božo than a Brian or a Loren. Božo simply isn’t over his ex. I think that’s where all his hesitation & fear stems from. Plus some self loathing for still living with his mother. But he’s been distant with Vanja since she arrived. He’s been courteous, but distant. I think his friends are egging him on cause they want him to move on. I’ve been on both sides of this, where I wasn’t over someone but my friends wanted me in a new relationship, but also where an online thing with someone wasn't what i thought it was (he was a Brian, so many little lies). Sure, Božo is doing the minimum, but at least he's not doing what a lot of other guys do (which is what Joe would do).

I was just in Poland this summer. Krakow is gorgeous and was largely spared b/c the Nazis thought it was so nice. Warsaw was destroyed during the war but they rebuilt the Old Town using as many of the same materials and techniques as possible. There are still random bombed out things here and there. Our hotel in the business district looked out on an old wall from the Jewish ghetto. I also went to Auschwitz (about an hour shuttle from Krakow) which is horrifying but also such an important place to see. I was also a weird child fascinated by how atrocities could happen.

I was in Vienna & Berlin this summer. There was a few days that reached 90° & I was dying without AC. In Vienna not even the museums have it so there was no relief.
