🙋🏼‍♀️ My husband and I don’t have opposite sex friends. It’s normal in our particular socio-economic and southern culture, so we’re not too backward here, but we did talk about it before we got married. Our reasoning isn’t that people can’t be friends without sexual attraction, only that we wanted to be extremely proactive about protecting the foundation of trust in our marriage. We didn’t want anyone else to get the idea that something inappropriate was happening ever, and we didn’t want each other to ever have a chance to wonder. I know it sounds backwards to people who run in different circles, we just didn’t want to ever invite speculation or concern. Southern gossip in a small town can be a marriage breaker, y’all.

Omg, I almost feel like I manifested this new show, except I WANTED it to be about politics! I have drastically reduced my reality tv viewing but I like listening to you guys. I was going to ask if you could do a show about current events, like maybe you each pick out an article from the paper that interests you and you talk about it. I’m slightly surprised y’all believed Corona. I fully believe she popped off. I have a person like this in my life, and they just think they can treat people like this. To them, it’s never popping off, because that’s a line. You dance right up to the line and you’re still tearing people down, even not if in full Hulk mode. You can’t argue with Corona, and you ESPECIALLY can’t argue with Angela. Ugh, sorry…this whole thing triggered me. I can’t pretend to understand why Ingi didn’t defend himself, but I do not take her at face value.

The thing that’s so bad about Joanne is that she told her sons if they did not like Sean, she would not be with him. But she was already married to him!!! So basically it was a damn lie. And they know it. Yes, she and Sean are very attracted to each other and get along well. They are the most stable of the couples. It’s just the tiny matter (LOL) of constantly lying to their families and possibly not being able to live in the same country.
