As a 'straight male' sissy (bi male married to a woman), I definitely notice that kind of bad plastic surgery and am just as confused when other guys say they like it. I feel like every decision guys make on this show is peacocking to impress the other guys (which is more homoerotic than they realize), so I'm not even sure they really like it. I don't know about you guys, but our screen glitched a lot this season because obviously some of these guys haven't figured themselves out yet. Not shaming anyone's taste, just answering the question.
