Catching up on old episodes, and I cannot with all the Tallahassee hate 😂 I was at FSU for undergrad and grad school & I loved every second of living in that “1 stoplight town” lol! Fun fact - there are at least 4 stoplights 😉🤪 love yalllllllll!!! 💖

Ethan in this season makes me so sad. He was so fun & goofy in the past 2 seasons. I know he's processing shit but he just seems so down 😭. Hoping Lydia can cheer him up

Wayne.

Poodle you never disappoint with the songs. ❤️ Soul asylum.

Come to Cleveland! I’m from Pittsburgh and moved it Ohio eight years ago. Do not go to Sandusky Lololol if you need help on the Ohio Apology Tour come at me!

The mother is a monster. A 17 yr old can’t text? A “borrowed” phone? I sure hope she takes that first paycheck & gets her own phone

Kerry

Tallahassee, GA as of 2000 had 13 households and 32 people 😂

Angelica

It’s Tallahassee, Florida with the population of 385,000+ according to the Google. AND on the map- Tallahassee, GA is near Hazelhurst- isn’t that where 90 Day Angela lives?

Courtney Holes

Absolutely agree on your thoughts about Helena.

Linis

I went to Ohio state and I have to say Columbus is a wonderful city and people are incredibly nice. Stop coming at us😂😂😂

Elizabeth Reichert

Have you seen a horse penis poodle?! You might retract that statement

Brittney Gonsalves

Poodle, you need to hang in there on Gossip Girl. I’m a hardcore GG fan, and it does get better and now I’m hooked!

Jennifer Riester

I think they need to come to Cleveland and we can take them for a day trip to Sandusky 🤣

Okay, coming at you about teens and phones. My kid is only 3 but I have a lot of friends with much older kids. Unfortunately, kids are using them to share nudes and then when the relationship fails, the nudes get used in retaliation - which results in a clusterfuck of child pornography issues. Most of the parents of older teens I know are struggling with this. It seems the best method (they have found thus far) is to have an understanding with their kids. The old, I will buy you the phone, but there are going to be rules. This way the kid knows exactly what the parent will and will not be looking at and how much privacy they are entitled to with it prior to even getting the phone. The parenting world is nuts! hahaha

My 14 yo son just got his phone before heading to High School. I have the code and he understands what I expect as we’ve discussed it a lot. I reserve the right to look through it at any time and I will snoop at “Natalie boobie-snooping levels.” However, when I was working from home and kids were virtual, I found my daughter on a “teen dating site” with 11 year olds up to 25 yr olds on it. I reported the site thru several channels but there are several out there. I found my 12 yr old had used a laptop to take nudes in our bathroom and sent it to a random on that site. I found it a few days after. We discussed all the implications and discussed w/her therapist. We agreed it’s my right to snoop and review all devices because she has already made some poor choices with tech. I find little things like new email addresses or new social media accts she created all the time.

I hate seeing Ethan so sad, but I think this is a good time to show what they're going through. Many adults are grappling with setting boundaries and seeing changes in their parents, slowly realizing they've always been that way. And a lot of spouses (myself included) feel the strain, trying to be supportive emotionally but still dealing with life in 2021.

I truly dislike Father Plath. He has that strange countenance that I’ve seen on other religious zealots - a strange mixture of arrogance and emptiness that makes them look cold and cruel while they’re saying things to you that sound kind but aren’t. Makes my fucking skin crawl. It’s exactly how my Bible teacher in high school was.

As someone with a trauma-related personality disorder, I think Ethan might be working with a trauma-related personality disorder.

In reference to the downloading porn and it automatically plays: During my afghan deployment, one of the girls had a video playlist she got from one of the guys. I dont think she knew it had porn, but homegirl fell asleep to wall-e and the next set of video's were porn and I had to go close her damn computer so I didnt have to hear the moaning and slapping noises. She realized the next day and was quite embarrassed.

Katherine Seghers

Y’all Tallahassee Georgia is outside of Hazlehurst! That’s a crossover I never dreamed of happening.

LadyPeif

Google says Tallahassee GA has a population of 32. Thirty two.

Amy Kalasunas

THIRTY TWO! HAHAHAHAHA

Laura Vega

Does anybody notice how soft-spoken MOE-rye-uh is? She talks like she's apologizing for talking.

Jennifer Perry

So Tallahassee Georgia is a TINY place. It’s a small unincorporated area in Jeff Davis county, which is where Angela lives y’all! Hazlehurst is in Jeff Davis county too. I hate to admit it, but I grew up there. 😂

I'm so glad you guys didn't praise Olivia's behavior in this episode. I know it's an unpopular opinion and one I would only share here, not in the SS but I didn't like her towards the end of last season and really don't like watching her this season. It seems to me that she's completely isolating Ethan from his family. I know they suck but they are his parents and the only ones he has. They made some unkind jabs at her? And now they can't be mentioned in her presence? Ethan seems completely miserable and he did seem to be a very happy guy before.

Ray Sablack

Ty, Ethan and Olivia are both escaping from cults. Those are not families. His parents want obedient cult soldiers, not children.
