My theory is that Brittany and Marcelino took acting classes after their horrible attempt at a scripted season last time and was already planning to move, hence barely any evidence shown to us throughout the season and the reset at the end like a Simpsons episode. Brittany has enough trauma to work up some tears on demand, but she's terrible at ad-libbing about realty in Alaskan, which was the dead giveaway for me.

I just wanted to add that for many women abortion is not an agonizing decision or dramatic or something that really affects them long term. For some it’s just a procedure that ends a pregnancy, and that’s okay, too. I also want to say that the episode is less pro-choice than I wish it was. Referring to the fetus as a “baby” is incorrect, anti-choice language. They also showed the baby having a “heartbeat” at six weeks which is a misnomer for the electrical signals given off by the fetal pole. If Amber had a an abortion before 8 weeks, all she had was her embryo terminated.

I know you haven't watched the first couple of seasons, but please do when you have a chance. Clint and Tracy are definitely entertaining, but also a very heavy dose of reality regarding addiction. There are several couples who are definitely worth watching. I know you don't have time to podcast them, but I highly recommend watching those seasons.

I know you guys love Lindsay but she is scary to me. She is a good actor though..she was pretending to cry without shedding one tear. I don’t like how she talks to Miley Grace about her love life like she’s her bestie and not her daughter. When she pushed Miley Grace into the water she had such a sinister look on her face. I hope that girl grows up ok.

Yea that scary face and the hurt look on Miley Grace’s face freaked me out. Lindsay is mentally 15 and Miley Grace is growing into a sweet and pretty teenager. I think Lindsay is starting to see her as competition..another scary thought.
