Such an infuriating season. Slow and largely devoid of drama until the end. I'm not interested in watching a other season of the Plath family redemption hour. With the family you never get the whole truth or honesty in regards to what they *actually* believe and think. It's just a carefully curated persona to hoodwink the viewer into thinking they aren't radical and this season was the best example of that.

Sorry I'm on a rant. I don't want every episode to be derogatory to them either or slanted. Just give us an honest view of who you actually are. Case in point. Kim's DUI. never mentioned on the show and that would be because she would of refused to do the season if included. I'd put money on it.

I will say, I felt bad for Barry when kim only said “maybe” to getting copies of the mom and baby pictures. Then made the joke about cutting her out. Stfu you dumb hoe, you are still a mother and made children with this man. OF COURSE he wants a copy

I hope this season will be the last. It was a tough and excruciating watch. Olivia really grew throughout the series. I think she was better prepared to live and work in the modern world. Her natural curiosity will serve her well. Kim and Barry will continue to deny the harm they did their kids while those kids will really stumble through life.

I feel like Olivia wanted Ethan to end the relationship because he doesn’t do hard things. She didn’t want this to be another thing that happened to him, but instead something he had to stand in and make a decision.

It pisses me off so much that these Plaths get to pick and choose what aspects of the cult they will follow. Micah can still get his D wet whenever he wants. Moriah can dress like a horny vampire. Mama can drink and drive. And they are always welcomed in the family. But Olivia is treated like a pariah for photographing gay weddings and voting for Biden. Like any true cult the founders and leaders have different rules for themselves than they do for everyone else.

I believe they’ll be one more season. Because we’re definitely going to get mama Plath moving in with her boyfriend drama and Ethan and Olivia divorce drama. I bet all the older kids will return back to Cairo and that will be the end of the show . Full circle 😵‍💫🤮
