“Place your hand right here, yeah, just like that, if you turn, the engine will roar,” Marcus said,  “but since we’re not on the road it won’t take off, I promise.”

Evan heard Marcus instruct, having now been sitting on the front, and him on the back, he was explaining the various things you had to do even before taking off.

Evan was slightly nervous, not wanting to mess up, or worse, damage Marcus’ dear motorcycle with his amateur knowledge.

“A-Are you sure this is safe?” he asked again, his hands light on the handles. Only when Marcus grabbed his hand to turn it did it make another loud vroom. “I don’t want to damage it…”

“Don’t worry, I got you…” he said in a low, deep voice right next to Evan’s ear.  “It’s similar to a car.” Marcus says again, “but not really.”

“I don’t even know how to drive a car.” Evan confesses. “So that doesn’t help…”

Marcus grinned, “Got it, well, I’m surprised you agreed to even learn.” he smiled.

Evan then continued to look down at the motorcycle, “I don’t know much about them, but I still think they’re pretty cool… I was just curious to see how it actually worked, and took your offer.”

Not to mention the way Marcus had teased him about a “ride” before… he was curious to know if he did mean something else, or if he was just messing with him.

By the way Marcus kept pressing against Evan’s back, the subtle way he grabbed his waist… to teach him about this, did he have to do that? Of course not, but did he want to? Well...

“Besides…” Evan said, his voice a tone deeper than before, Marcus definitely picked up on that but not sure where this was going. “This is not the only ride I had in mind…”

Marcus’ eyes changed, he definitely picked up on that.
