Henry works as an EMT! This is the standard issue outfit, but he's given a special marking to designate him as a magical specialist. EMT's wear red to hide blood while working on patients.

Although Henry is an expert with healing magic, he learned to be proficient without it in events where he is unable to perform it for any reason, usually exhausting.
