Another Knight changing how the main character of the game plays during fights! While his sword isn't as sharp as it used to be, every attack now shoots the active magic attack for a tiny MP cost (5 MPs, then 10 MPs at +/++ ranks).

This way the Knight becomes pretty lethal at close range, but also adapts to long-range fights. I'm debating making Shields unusable for this one too though, we'll see.

At +/++ ranks it gets even more interesting, first scaling his magic attack with the physical one, then doubling the effect of elemental weakness/resistances (this can be very good, or very bad!)

You could swap his shield out for a mana-charging ability that locks him in place
