Been in a bad headspace lately. Drawing prints has been helping a lot, but sometimes life feels too overwhelming. I’m really thankful for the support system (boyfriend, best friend, you guys) that helps me through rough patches in my life

Mental health is such a fickle beast :((( I'm sorry you've been struggling lately. A good support system is truly the best thing one can have, because it can feel so dang lonely sometimes. I'm so glad you've got that. You're an incredible light, and the sky wouldn't be the same without you.

Take it slow. It is okay. Mental health is like a rubber band. It can only stretch so far before it snaps. A lot of us have been feeling rough because of the last few years being hard. Take time off to recharge.

Do you like bath bombs? Are you able to buy Da Bomb bath bombs? I’ve been really enjoying their F Bombs because of the meaningful messages inside. Such as “Keep your head up. You never know who you’re inspiring.” -and after being fished out of a depression by some miracle years ago, I’ve made a conscious effort to find things every day that make me smile. Like daffodils, warm weather after a cold winter and puppers being walked as I commute to and from work. Tiny serotonin boosts. It’s not easy, but I personally have found that song from that old musical to be very true. “When the dog bites, when the bee stings, when I’m feeling sad...these are a few of my favourite things~” It helps me. I hope it’ll help you. I know I’m rambling and talking about myself, but I hope my experiences would help you. You’re not alone. -hug-
