Having your organic parts back has lots of benefits! Buuut it might also have a few drawbacks (or even more benefits, depending on your point of view).  

I know her whole thing is that she has robot limbs but this is based off a comic panel I saw where she had her actual body parts back, sorry if that was non-canon or somethin I don't really know Sonic lore.)
