Hi DT. Just want to give you an insight. Korean age is different from the international age. When you said that V does not look 19yrs. old it’s bec. that’s their age in Korean. I think you have to subtract 2 years so he was basically 17yrs. old when this was filmed. Once a Korean Baby is born, it’s considered to be 1 year old bec. they count the time inside the mother’s womb ( although it’s clearly just 9months). And then all Koreans start to add age on January 1 of the new calendar year, regardless of your birth month. Although they still celebrate their exact birthday, they count the age on the new year’s day and not on their actual birthday. So when V was born in Dec of 1995 (he is already 1 year old from time of birth) . On Jan 1, 1996 he is considered to be 2 years old in Korean age ( technically he was a just a month old baby to us). Hope it make sense. 😊. I came to understand this by research. lol.

Hey just to remind you, in South Korea, the age system is different from the international one. So for example, in Rookie King V is still actually only 17 years old in international age (this was filmed in 2013 and he was born on December 30th, 1995), but 19 years old in Korean age. So it's no wonder that they look like babies here. :)

There has been a couple of times you have asked about Bingsu after seeing it in a couple of different shows and episodes! It’s a dessert of shaved ice usually with sweetened condensed milk and various toppings such as fruit, sweet red beans (which it would then be called patbingsu) sweet rice cakes. Because it’s a dessert, it’s very sweet but this penalty they made it spicy with hot sauce.

He is really 23 internationally. He was born in 1997. He will be 24 in September of this year. His Korean age now is 25. They add the age every new year’s day - jan 1, and not on their actual bday. I know it’s kinda confusing. Haha. It was for me too. But I came to understand it eventually.

Jk is 23 now.... 25 in korean age... Add 2 if your birthday didn't pass yet.. 23+2=25 Add 1 if your birthday has passed like jk's birthday is September 1 so after his bday JK is 24+1=25 And on January 1 he is turning 26 in korean age...
