As someone who has worked in service for many years, the part where Bubba is sad he can't fuck with the AI is so real. There are so many older asshole guys that are difficult on purpose. I have no patience for that shit. I don't think people realize how often it happens and makes the job difficult for no reason. I usually think its a class thing or simple "punching down" as they perceive service workers as beneath them.
