#Sunday Rundown (Vox Machina) - You have now met "No Mercy Percy"(or Unmerciful Percival if ya nasty) as the Critter Fandom has dubbed him. You've also seen that he was tortured in his past; this is the reason his hair turned white. Suraj said "stress" as a joke but that's completely right. It's often referred to as Marie Antoinette Syndrome. This is the first episode in which you're seeing events that happened in the livestream campaign. There's a clue that Silas is a vampire prior to him biting Vax. They show Silas and Delilah walking down a mirrored hallway. Delilah has a reflection, but Silas doesn't. This shows you Silas is a vampire and Delilah is not. Vax's belt is a recurring joke. It's a one eyed trouser snake. Their real safe word during the campaign was "Jenga", but they changed to to Chenga to not violate trademark. Taleisin Jaffe(Percy) created the Briarwoods as part of Percy's backstory. But he left it super vague and left it up to Matt to explain why they attacked and murdered his family. He didn't know Silas was a vampire or Delilah was a dark mage. This was the first instance of someone's backstory becoming the main story focus and this fantastic arc is what resulted from it.

#SundayRundown When I first watched this I started sobbing for Kwon losing his life and I was really confused as to why I was reacting that way because I didn’t like at all outside of his cool fighting style. But then I saw someone's tweet about it that really put it into perspective for me. This could have easily been anyone of the core characters we know. It could've been Tory, Hawk, Kenny, Miguel, Robby, anyone of these kids who were influenced by Kreese's method of using your anger and rage like this.

Severance is about to be so fun to watch with y’all

Gwyn

If yall are watching Severance (great pick btw) you also NEED to watch Silo.

Liesmith

Nah, Silo sucks (actually it's great, I'm just trying to spark a discussion to increase the odds that they watch it)

#Sunday Rundown TLOVM -"He looks like Matt Mercer" - that was intentional. They try to hide Matt in some of the episodes. The guy Scanlan peed on in episode 1 was also Matt -"Does he really sing" - yes, he's a bard. During the campaign, Sam used to do parodies of songs, especially while casting bardic inspiration. Since they can't do that with the show due to copyright, they wrote original songs for Scanlan instead -Pike cast holy weapon on Grog's axe. Her powers are divine, so she's working with radiant damage dealing spells a lot. That's what that yellow glow is. Vampires are resistant to bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing damage from nonmagical weapons. -Welcome to the era of No Mercy Percy! I have all of the screen-to-table videos saved and organized if you guys decide to react to them (some channels have, it's up to you of course!). It's cool to see the comparison to this scene in the campaign vs the show -Because others have already commented it, just to confirm: Delilah isn't a vampire. Just Silas. -The Whispered One - there's another name this has. I'm interested to see if the show will ever be able to use it. Try not to look it up! -Speaking of names: The Everlight is the name of the goddess Pike worships. Also known as Sarenrae, but that name is owned by Pathfinder so they don't use it. There are 21 gods in Exandria's pantheon. You'll learn a bit more about what the deal with the gods is later. I think the only other god they mention by name in this season is the Dawnfather (just a quick mention so telling you isn't a spoiler) -The lore: oh the lore is INTENSE. There's multiple campaign books, entire wikipedia archives, other books, etc, all on the lore. This world is VERY fleshed out. And Matt keeps adding to it.

Really excited for Severance. Such a great show and hardly anyone's reacted to it.

How is Rana STILL complaining about Devon in episode 5....also, the question Tory asked sensei Kim about whether winning was worth is or not is extremely valid considering everything shes gone through, and feeling like she HAS to fight no matter what for her deceased mom, which is the reason she went back to Cobra Kai in the first place, and now after seeing the rift it caused between her and her bf and seeing him literally kiss her enemy, just for her to lose once again only to get saved by another team being disqualified, she's questioning what really matters to her, but Rana does not care 😂 instead she loves Axel who is damn near an incel..

THATS WHY HES THE GOAT! THE GOAT!!! NO MERCY PERCY, BABY!!

DanFDTR

Delilah is a necromancer and Sylas is a neck romancer.

#SUNDAYRUNDOWN Vox Machina fun fact Vaxs belt is a one eyed trouser snake, a colloquial metaphor for a penis. So we finally get into the nitty gritty, this is where the show really starts as the first two episodes serve more as an intro to the world. This episode hits different as we are introduced to no mercy Percy, he’s an edgy sad boy with a chip on his shoulder and a gun in his hand. Another fun fact Percy actually invented guns, that’s why he’s the only one we see with the heater.
