I said this in the Q&A thread and I think it makes more sense after you said you're gonna reduce the amount of bleach comments for next time; You guys have talked about doing a Bleach filler stream, but I think you should have a Bleach discussion instead/in conjunction. Since there's too many comments, I think having a livestream will be great so you can read them. Letting you discuss things you may not know about, and giving out your own theories. There's so much to talk about when it comes to the soundtrack alone.

It's probably because they have answered it many times over the years. I'm pretty sure it's because they feel that reading subtitles makes it so they are more focused on reading the words than watching what the characters are doing. That and they feel that they spend more time reading than reacting.

Thank you Esteven for catching the person who sold the Sunny gang the guns was also the guy who sold the gang crack . Great find. Also, thank you Rana for moving on after Suraj's commentary about Black Sails. Nobody needs that kind of negativity going into 2025. Welcome back Marketa!!! Well Suraj, I'm from Philadelphia, so actually that Rocky accent wasn't that far off. That's very funny. The way you pronounced the third paragraph was closer to how I talk. Especially when I'm drunk. Thanks for the fun shout out guys! You guys rock!!! Also I was never in the military, but my cousin served on an Aircraft Carrier, and he told me about a PBS documentary about US Aircraft Carriers, so that's how I know about that stuff, plus way too much time on wikipedia.

Severance is fucking bananas, and the premise alone is full of ethical quandaries, ..but if I had to say something succinct about it: Unions would be losing their minds in this verse. lol There are aspects of the show that also remind me of Dollhouse, too, which i'm waiting for Rana to bring up. And, yes, I will claim Carson as my brother. lol And perhaps advocate for a discounted family subscription? 😆 (..Kidding.)

Unfortunately, unions don't have the same pull as they once did. The stop gap from this in real life, at least in the US, would most likely be from the legal framework around rare brain disorders like dissociative identity disorder. Severance technology creates another distinct personality and the legal system would probably rule, like they have irl cases, the technology creates another unique identity. If that's the case, it would violate a lot of provisions and amendments to the US Constitution including the 13th that banned slavery and the 8th which is a guard against cruel and unusual punishment.

One thing to remember about Ubel is she is INSANE, she is not right in the head, she has mental problems. Its explained that anyone can of course visualize cutting through cloth or hair, but Ubel is on a whole different level she knows 100% that it is cloth and so she can cut it magic smagic she doesn't care its not relevant its cloth so it can be cut, essentially she denies reality and substitutes her own.

I would suggest Marketa to read through the Bleach manga till TYBW if she wants to watch it desperately. Bleach manga is miles better than the anime. The only thing she'll miss out on is the soundtrack which is still worth the trade off imo.

Absolutely. It is waaaay to simple to just say that 'she imagines that she can cut through cloth or hair and then she can do it'. If that were the case, magic would look a whole lot different, because anyone would do it. It is basically like a normal person, who is 20+ years old, being able to fully 100% convince themselves that fire isn't really hot, despite what reality has proven 100 times throughout their life, just because their grandmother once told them it wasn't. It is impossible to do... yet Übel does it.

It took them until the middle of season 2 of Agents of Shield to finally figure out what an 084 was. I remember a whole lot of comments trying to clarify what it meant. They'll probably get more comments clarifying it in the next few episodes since they have already filmed a few episodes ahead.
